Trees & Trails Nature Hike

Enjoy a hike through the beautiful Amana timber with one of our Amana Society Foresters! Learn about conservation efforts in these historic forests while experiencing nature in Iowa's largest private timber reserve. Hikers can participate in hands-on activities such as calculating the growth of a forest. Included in the fee is the opportunity to have a tree planted in your name to help perpetuate the forests! Appropriate outdoor gear required. Dates: Saturday, May 3 @ 3:00 pm and Sunday, May 4 @ 3:00 pm. Cost: $5.
